Sub : Agitation on 16th March 2012 as per the AIKVTA central committee decision.
Reference: Agitation Notice by AIKVTA against the unilateral decision of KVS management for enhancing working hours of teachers by one and a half hours.
Dear friend,
As decided by the AIKVTA central body, all teachers of Kendriya Vidyalayas should wear black badges on 16th March 2012 to show our unity and to protest against the unilateral decision of KVS management to enhance the working hours by one and a half hours and long term pending demands. A Copy of the letter is issued to the Deputy commissioner of Bangalore region in this regard. Therefore you are requested to give a letter to this effect, to the principle of your Vidyalaya and cooperate whole heartedly in the agitation organized by AIKVTA.
I request all the teachers to visit the website for updates on AIKVTA activities and also publicize the website www.aikvta .org

Whether Terminal Leave Benefit on HPL (presently it is 240 HPL allowed to a Central Govt. emelyope as TLB on the date of superannuation) is also allowed to a Central Govt. emelyope who dies while in service. A number of emelyopes who have more than 300 days HPL to their credit, are not getting this TLB along with the TLB of EL

I joined as LDC in CSSS and later thgruoh open competitive examination I joined Ministry of external affairs in 1992 as Grade III Stenographer. Again thgruoh Limited Departmental Examination I got promotion and joined as Grade C Stenographer in the scale of Rs. 5500-175-9000 in March 1997. Now MACP Scheme has been launched after implementation of 6th Pay Commission. Please clarify now I am entitled to 1st financial upgradation or 2nd financial upgradation in terms of MACP Scheme.
