Sir, just a suggestion. AIKVTA can approach labour court for labour exploitation as the 6CPC fixed the remuneration on the basis of previous working hours. If extra work is alloted, extra remuneration must be paid in cash or in kind.
If KVS so wants, instead of working extra time everyday, teachers should be declared non-vacational. Teachers will do the extra work during vacation and get 30 days EL.Our HPL problem will be over.

it’s good that we r fighting aganist EXTENTION OF WORKING HOURS. Case has been put in court. But still we r following the rule to stay back 4 80 mis. Can Union issue the order not to followinf the rule.

duty time must be reduced like other school. because do not pay any allounces
for xtra time .we also human biengs.we are treated as machine.
