WE ARE HARASHED BY KVS AND CONFUSED BY AIKVTA………..
Journal of Applied Psychology, (Vol. 87, No. 2) concludes that work overload and long hours at work increase work-family conflict and that this conflict is in turn related to depression and other stress-related health problems.
KVS recent order on increase in working hours of teachers can increase work- family conflict. KV teachers may be less able to help their children participate in physical activities and may rely on commercially prepared
foods with higher fat and sugar content. Another impact of long work hours on KV teacher’s family life that their relationship with his/her parents and grandparents: Will they get time to help aging family members?
So order of increase in working hours of KV teacher by the KV management will also affect family member of KV teachers.
Please plan to organize Dharna/Rally/Protest march by the family members of the KV teacher against this order. The dharna/rally/protest march by the family members of the KV teacher need not get permission of KVS or come under code of conduct.

We should continue the agitation to get the target. Follow Swami VivekaNanda,” Arise ,Awake and never stop till the Goal is achieved,” we have to be united which we are not.Let’s give up vested interests and come forward to fight together b’cse ours is a different profession than that of others. We r already working more than the Hours r required.
dear friends….now days we are going through very hard time….it is time to wake up and show your strength…sangatha apni ai ai policy se teachers ko harash kar rae hai…sangathan chahta hai ki hum best de leki kya is taraah k rules se best de paoge….education system k tin pillar hai teacher,parets and students…ye log students aur teacher ko khush kare k chhakar mai jo is system ka mailn pillar hai use ha barbad kar rae hai…students ko free rakho lekin agar teacher hi maintly fresh nai rahega to wo kya sent percent de payega?
